It’s about 5 minutes walk from Rockridge Bart Station. Bus line 51B also stops right across the street from our shop.

Our operating hours are:

Mon-Fri: 10AM – 6PM
Sat-Sun: 9AM – 4PM

Q: How long does a repair take?

Depending of what kind of repair is provided, it’ll take between 15 to 45 minutes if the part is in stock. Otherwise it’ll be the next day or as soon as the parts are available.

Q: What kind of payments are accepted?

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept personal checks.

Q: Do we provide warranty for our services?

Absolutely! Our repair service comes with 90 days warranty! If anything goes wrong with your device within this 90 days we’ll fix it free of charge. (future broken or damaged screens are NOT a part of warranty!)

Q: Can I make an appointment for repair?

We don’t take any appointments. It’s first come first serve! This way we can get more speedy repairs for our clients. Please bring your device to our store for repair, free diagnosis or maybe a free advice to get a new device!

Due to the current situation with COVID-19 we are asking our customers to please take precautions and abide by the CDC’s and the California Government’s recommended rules for gathering and social distancing. We are open in a limited capacity for essential repairs and services. Some services may not be available at this time.

We are committed to serving our community and our customers during this time and will remain open as much as we can. Our new business hours will be:

Monday – Saturday: 10am-4pm
We will be CLOSED on Sundays until further notice.

If you are entering our business, please keep your contact with our staff and those around you to a minimum and wear a face mask so that we can minimize and contain the spread.

We recommend dropping off in store and communicating via email or phone regarding your case.

We accept online payment for services. If you are able to pay online, we highly recommend it as this will help expedite pickups and waiting times.
